On Tuesday 12th December we will be opening the Academy. However, we do understand that some families will experience some travel issues getting here. The decision for students to attend will be at the discretion of parents.
For students who are absent, we will ensure that your attendance mark is not affected. We will ask that you log in to Show My Homework as we will be asking staff to set work.
Students who are able to make it in will have a normal timetable and all lessons will run accordingly. We do not expect you to wear school uniform, please dress according to the weather – something warm and shoes or boots that are substantial and safe.
The safety of our Forge family is paramount but we also take the education of our young people incredibly seriously. We have worked hard to clear the site and we hope that you are able to support us in ensuring students attend as long as you consider it safe to do so.
