Dear parents and carers
The address for the venue is David Lloyd Leisure, Pensnett Road, Brockmoor, Dudley, DY5 3YP. Students can start to arrive from 6:30pm. This is slightly earlier than first planned as it will give us additional time to ensure students arrive, have pictures taken and are ready for the start of prom at 7:30pm.
The evening will end at 10:30pm so could you please ensure that students are collected from the venue around this time.
A buffet will be provided for all students by the venue. Students will receive three free drinks from us and further soft drinks are available for purchase at the bar. Please note, David Lloyd has informed us that their bar is now cashless, so students will need a form of electronic payment if they wish to buy further drinks while at prom.
As always, students are expected to display exemplary behaviour while at prom and respect of both David Lloyd staff and Ormiston Forge Academy staff is expected.
