Dear parents and carers,
I wanted to write with an update and an apology for the disruption to our online catering payment system.
As you know, we moved to a new catering company over Easter and I hope that you will agree that the offer has been fantastic, students seem to be pleased with the change too. However, as part of this process, a third-party payment provider needed to switch with us and this is what has caused the delay. Our finance team has been chasing a solution daily to get the switch to happen quicker and despite assurances that things are progressing we find ourselves at half-term with an online payment system that still doesn't work. This is unacceptable and I offer my sincere apologies. We share your frustration and our new catering company and the finance team will continue to push for a solution as soon as possible.
In the meantime, students can top up their accounts using the machines in the canteen. If there are any issues, please let us know and we'll do all we can to help and support.
