Details for the Cooking Competition 🍳✨

⏰ 3:20–4:20pm (approx.)
You will need to form a team of four students, with one student from each year group. See you head of house to express your interest!
🍔 Theme: Fakeaway
Teams will be challenged to create a “fakeaway” dish and will be judged on:
- Cooking ability
- Cleaning-as-you-go skills
- Presentation of food (including packaging and display)
- Taste of the food
- Overall appearance of the dish
⏱️ Time expectations
- The meal must be prepped, cooked, and plated within 40 minutes
- Washing up and leaving the kitchen clean must be completed within 50 minutes
📝 Planning support
Students can sketch, annotate, and discuss ideas with Miss Potter or Miss Bennett beforehand. A selection of street food packaging will be available for students to choose from.
🎁 Incentive
Each student will receive a £3 Tesco voucher after cooking.
⚠️ Important reminder
All ingredients and take-home containers must be brought in by the students taking part.
